Leadership & Team

Mr. Jai Prakash Narain, co-founder and CEO at Fibertec Pvt. Ltd., is a seasoned professional with a transformative vision. Holding a B.Tech from Gujarat University and a Master’s in Management from IIM Kolkata, his strong academic foundation is complemented by extensive industry experience and strategic leadership.

In his previous role as the Chief Executive Officer at Century Pulp & Paper, a division of Century Textiles and Industries Limited, Mr. Narain led a remarkable business turnaround, achieving a profitable growth trajectory with an impressive 100% CAGR sustained over seven consecutive years.

With a wealth of experience across leading FMCG organizations including Reckitt Benckiser India Limited, SAB Miller India Ltd., and PepsiCo India, Mr. Narain has earned recognition at both national and international levels. His achievements were further honored with the prestigious Business Leader of the Year Award 2019–2020 by ET Now.

Mr. Narain has successfully commissioned multiple tissue and packaging board plants and played a key role in streamlining and managing the complete operations of Century Pulp & Paper. His hands-on expertise spans the successful installation and commissioning of projects across the personal care, ethanol, packaging, and beverage industries.

Driven by innovation, operational excellence, and a long-term vision for sustainable manufacturing, Mr. Narain continues to lead Fibertec toward transformative growth and lasting impact in the evolving industrial landscape.
